The Reservoir Lofts reached 75% occupancy in late 2009. This milestone event allows for the condominium to elect its first official board of trustees to manage and represent the condominium (officiall, the organization of unit owners) in March 2010. The first board will be comprised of either five or seven trustees.
The elected board is comprised of Miss Hinman, Mr. Callahan, Mrs. Taborn, Mr. Flood and Mr. Benner.
